The minimum retainer is 30 hours per month at $120 AUD/hour ($3,600 AUD/month), with a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure proper momentum and outcomes. We confirm the monthly scope, priorities, and workflow in writing upfront, so everything is clear and easy to approve before we begin.
