Tier 3 is built for projects that need more than refinement. You get 40 dedicated design hours to move from a resolved concept to a clearer, build-ready direction that builders, fabricators, and internal teams can price and act on with confidence.
This tier is ideal when the project is real, the deadlines are tight, and the design needs to hold up under practical constraints. Cleaner decisions. Fewer unknowns. Stronger alignment.
Within Tier 3, finalising the project to be ready for production and roll-out.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION

This package includes Four revision. Minor revisions cover small changes—like color tweaks or minor detail adjustments. Major revisions involve significant redesign of large portions and can exceed hours. If a change requires substantial rework beyond your package hours, it will either require a new package or be billed at the hourly rate.

If it changes the concept direction, it is a major revision. -
Tier 3 is $2,800 for 40 hours at an effective rate of $70 per hour (GST added on the invoice). Our standard rate is $130 per hour, so on the same 40 hours you are saving $2,400. This tier is designed for the stage where the concept needs to become executable, with clearer decisions, stronger visuals, and fewer unknowns before build or documentation

Tier 3 is best suited to execution focused finalisation, when the project is moving toward quoting, documentation, or build coordination.
Ideal uses include

• Detailed visuals suitable for builder pricing and stakeholder approvals
• A clear handover pack to support documentation or fabrication -
This package is valid for 120 days from the date of purchase, and you can use your hours at any time within that window. Once you submit a complete project brief, typical turnaround for the first delivery is 2 to 4 business days, depending on scope and how quickly we receive the required info and assets.
We track time transparently and provide an hours update as work is completed, plus a reminder before the 120 day window ends. Unused hours normally expire after 120 days so we can reserve studio capacity fairly. If your timeline shifts due to external dependencies such as venue specs, approvals, or supplier delays, we can approve a one time extension where reasonable.

Your 120 day package window starts once the invoice is paid, or once the call confirms the brief if you prefer. We track your hours transparently as work is completed. Any unused hours normally expire after the 120 day window, with reasonable flexibility if timelines shift due to external dependencies.
