Tier 2 is designed for projects that need more than a first concept. You get 20 dedicated design hours to move from early direction into a clearer, more resolved design package you can confidently circulate to stakeholders, builders, or your internal team.

This tier is ideal when you need the concept to hold up under real-world scrutiny. Layout that actually works. A stronger spatial story. Better visuals. Clearer decisions.

Within Tier 2, we can help you develop:

• Stronger concept direction with layout options
• Look and feel development, materials, and key feature moments
• More detailed visuals to support internal approvals
• Early signage and brand placement logic
• Clear next steps for documentation or build coordination

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION

  • This Package includes Two revision. Minor revisions cover small changes like color tweaks or minor detail adjustments. Major revisions involve significant redesign of large portions and can exceed hours. If a change requires substantial rework beyond your package hours, it will either require a new package or be billed at the hourly rate.

    If it changes the concept direction, it is a major revision.

  • Tier 2 gives you 20 hours of dedicated design time at a discounted package rate. This is built for the phase where decisions get real, layouts get tested, and the concept needs to stand up to stakeholders, builders, and deadlines.

  • Tier 2 is best suited to concept development and refinement, not just first ideas. Use it when you need a clearer, more resolved direction, stronger visuals, and fewer unknowns before you move into documentation or build coordination.

    Ideal uses include
    • Refined floor plan, zoning, and visitor flow
    • Stronger concept direction with layout options
    • Look and feel development, materials, and key moments
    • Visuals suitable for internal approval and builder alignment
    • Clear next steps for documentation or fabrication

  • This package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, and you can use your hours at any time within that window. Once you submit a complete project brief, typical turnaround for the first delivery is 2 to 4 business days, depending on scope and how quickly we receive required info and assets.

    We track time transparently and provide an hours update as work is completed, plus a reminder before the 30 day window ends. Unused hours normally expire after 30 days so we can reserve studio capacity fairly. If your timeline shifts due to external dependencies such as venue specs, approvals, or supplier delays, we can approve a one time extension where reasonable.

  • Complete the project form below. Once submitted, MDS will review your details and send a short scope outline confirming what will be delivered within Tier 2, along with your invoice. To begin, you can either jump on a quick discovery call to confirm priorities or simply pay the invoice.

    Your 60 day package window starts once the invoice is paid, or once the call confirms the brief if you prefer. We track your hours transparently as work is completed. Any unused hours normally expire after the 60 day window, with reasonable flexibility if timelines shift due to external dependencies.
