Tier #1 is the Foundation.
Tier 1 is a focused starter package built for early-stage stand and activation concepts. You get 10 dedicated design hours at $80 per hour (a $500 savings over our standard $130 per hour).
This tier is ideal when you need clarity fast. A strong layout direction. A smarter flow. A clean concept you can take to internal stakeholders, builders, or an agency team with confidence.
Within Tier 1, we can help you develop:
• Initial floor plan and visitor flow
• Layout options and zoning strategy
• Look and feel direction with key visual cues
• Early concept visuals to support decision making
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION

This Package includes one revision. Minor revisions cover small changes—like color tweaks or minor detail adjustments. Major revisions involve significant redesign of large portions and can exceed hours. If a change requires substantial rework beyond your package hours, it will either require a new package or be billed at the hourly rate.

Tier 1 is $800 for 10 hours at an effective rate of $80 per hour (GST added on the invoice). Our standard rate is $130 per hour, so on the same 10 hours, you’re saving $500. It’s a lean, cost-smart way to get the concept phase moving without committing to a larger scope upfront

Tier 1 is best suited to early concept design, basic floor plan layouts, and initial visual direction. Use the hours as needed within the package window to build clarity, align stakeholders, and define the next steps. If you need more time once the 10 hours are used, you can purchase another package or continue on our standard hourly rate.

This package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, and you can use your hours at any point within that window. Once you submit a complete project brief, our typical turnaround for the first delivery is 2 to 4 business days, depending on scope and how quickly we receive the required info and assets. We track time transparently and provide an hours update as work is completed, plus a reminder before the 30 day window ends. Unused hours generally expire after 30 days so we can reserve capacity fairly for all clients. If your project is delayed due to factors outside your control, such as waiting on venue specs, third party approvals, or late supplier information, we can approve a one time extension where reasonable. If your project runs beyond the package window or requires more work, you can purchase another package or continue on our standard hourly rate. We keep you informed at every step so you always know what is next.

Complete the project form below. Once submitted, MDS will review your details and send a short scope outline confirming what will be delivered within Tier 1, along with your invoice. To begin, you can either jump on a quick discovery call to confirm priorities or simply pay the invoice. Your 30 day package window starts once the invoice is paid (or once the call confirms the brief, if you prefer), and we track your hours transparently as work is completed. Any unused hours normally expire after the 30 day window so we can hold studio capacity fairly, but if timelines shift due to external dependencies (venue specs, approvals, supplier delays), we can approve a reasonable extension where appropriate.
