IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION

  • To keep projects moving, the Special Hourly Rate includes up to two revision rounds per deliverable. This is intentional: excessive revision cycles tend to slow timelines, dilute decision making, and inflate cost without improving outcomes.

    Major revision examples

    If a change shifts the concept direction, it is treated as a major revision and will be quoted as additional scope or billed at the hourly rate.

  • Too many revision rounds often create scope creep, which can lead to delayed delivery, budget overruns, and resource strain.
    To avoid that, we recommend consolidated feedback per round and a clear approval point before deeper development. This protects quality, keeps momentum, and maintains fairness for both parties.

  • The Special Hourly Rate is best suited to projects that need flexible support without locking into a package. Use it for overflow work, fast updates, ongoing refinement, or when scope is still evolving and you want to pay only for time used.

  • There is no fixed package window under the Special Hourly Rate. Work begins once we receive a complete brief (and any required assets), and we confirm priorities and estimated hours before starting. Typical turnaround for the first delivery is 2 to 4 business days, depending on scope and how quickly we receive the required info.

    Time is tracked transparently, and you’ll receive progress updates as work is completed. GST is added on the invoice. If pricing is displayed excl. GST because this is shown to other businesses, that’s acceptable as long as it’s clearly stated.

    We keep terms balanced and clear so expectations stay fair for both parties.

  • Under the hourly rate, here’s how it works: Once you submit the brief, we’ll confirm priorities either via a quick call or through the details you’ve provided and outline the tasks. We’ll estimate the time required, but as the project evolves, adjustments may be needed. We only bill for the actual hours used tracked transparently. Once the work is completed, we’ll send an invoice reflecting the hours spent, the hourly rate, any revisions, and GST. It’s flexible and straightforward, distinct from our fixed package approach.
